- Turning the heat down a little can save energy and money. By setting your furnace to 67 degrees instead of 72 degrees, you can save up to 10 percent on your heating bill.
- An easy way to save energy is to turn off unused lights. Everyone will forget to turn the lamp off every now and then, but you can turn this simple step into a habit with just a little willpower and repetition.
