The most likely problem is that the insides of your pipes are narrowing. Here's how that happens: Soap residue, hair, grease, food particles and other waste begins to stick to the interior of the pipes. Once that coating of gunk lines the insides of the pipes, another layer forms on top of that -- like a second coating of disgusting paint -- then a third forms on top of that, and so on. Soon, the drain is so narrow it clogs.
Using a snake or chemical drain opener to fix this problem can provide temporary relief -- sometimes -- by piercing a hole through all that gunk. But the layers clinging to the insides of the pipe remain.
The best way to keep the line from clogging again and again is by hydro-jetting. A hydro-jet consists of a special nozzle, a high-pressure hose and a powerful pump to feed water into the clogged drain. As the hydro-jet goes through the drain, the clog is removed as well as the residue lining the walls. The high-speed nozzle uses the force of the water to scour the inside of the drain pipe. Once the clog is removed, the material lining the pipe is broken down and removed, and the drain line is cleaned and opened.
With nothing left for grease, soap and food particles to cling to, your drain is now free-flowing.
